Simple pricing, boosted productivity

Premium Week is a single payment that gives one person every Premium feature except teams for 7 days, then stops on its own. Nothing renews. The subscription renews every month or year, and it can cover your whole team.

You pick one seat per person, from 1 to 25. Seats past the first cost less, with a bigger discount from the 5th and from the 10th. Then you invite your teammates by email from your account. Each of them gets every Premium feature once they accept, and you can share your signatures and watermarks with them.

Yes, from this page or from the Teams page of your account. New seats work right away, and you pay only for what is left of the current period. Removed seats go at the next renewal, so you keep what you paid for until then. You cannot go below the number of people in your team plus pending invitations.

Yes. Cancel from your account and Premium stays on until the end of the period you paid for, with no further charge. Your saved watermarks and signatures stay in your account, but saving new ones needs Premium again.

Yes. Prices are in euros and include VAT. Outside the euro area, the payment page may show a price converted into your currency.

Yes. Sold through Link, LLC, a Stripe company, takes the payment and sends the invoice as merchant of record. We remain the provider of Premium and answer for it. Your card details go to Stripe and never reach our servers.

If you buy as a consumer, you can withdraw within 14 days of buying a subscription or Premium Week, for a full refund. Renewals, extra seats and a switch of billing period do not restart the 14 days. Write to us at contact@visualpdf.com or through the "Help and feedback" form, or ask Link support. Outside those 14 days, unused time is not refunded. Your statutory rights still apply.

Not for your documents. Most tools still run in your browser, so your files stay on your device, with or without Premium. Word, Excel and PowerPoint to PDF use our server either way. Premium changes your limits and lets you save watermarks and signatures to your account. We store those on our servers, encrypted with a key unique to your account.
